Personal and Driving Requirements
Customer must hold and present a driving license for at least one year and a passport or ID card. If the driver is younger then 21 year the charge is payable. Please, inform our reservations staff at time of booking.

Third Party Liability.
Full insurance of the Vehicle for all risks (not cover damages of the underside body of the vehicle, tires and rims, theft of rim covers, radio-cassette/CD players, registration documents, key with alarm and theft of any personal luggage. Not cover any damages or theft if he/she violates the conditions for the use of the vehicle or shall have operated the vehicle in contradiction with the rental agreement and/or the legal provisions.

Additional drivers
Additional equipment - baby seats, snow chains
What is not included in price?
Fuel - petrol consumption is payable by the client
Delivery / Collection in the city limits of Sofia in out of working hours - 24 Euro.
Delivery / Collection in the city limits of Sofia for contract less than 5 days- 12 Euro
Driver hiring – 24 Euro/ per day
Rental Period
Rental days are calculated on 24 hours basis.
Over timing the drop time with 2 hours is being charged on a full day basis.
Delivery and location
The customers may take or return the car at an airport, roil road station, hotel or other places in Sofia We will pick up and deliver your car to your desired location.
The customers may take or return the car in other places in Bulgaria – ask us.

Payment methods
Cash - You do not pay anything at the time of making a reservation. The full amount of your reservation is due on arrival.
Credit card at arrival - You do not pay anything at the time of making a reservation. The full amount of your reservation is due on arrival.
Credit card in advance1 – You pay the full amount at the time of making a reservation.
Credit card in advance2 – You pay only a booking deposit, and the balance is due on arrival.
Bank Transfer - You transfer the full amount to our bank account in advance.
Pay Pal - You pay the full amount at the time of making a reservation.
*Our full prepay option offers better value as this rate is discounted.
Deposit
At the signing the contract, as a warranty, the customer shall deposit an amount, stated in the tariff only with credit card. A manual credit card slip will be processed for the deposit amount; you will be required to sign this slip.
The deposit shall be released upon returning the car, after it has been checked for the damages.
Fuel Policy
Collect Full - Return Full
Vehicle must be returned as stated, otherwise a refueling fee will be charged upon return at the location.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation must be done in writing email.
Prepaid Rentals (when the entire rental amount has been prepaid):
If the booking is cancelled at least 72 hours before pick up time all funds, except the card processing fee (where applicable), will be reimbursed.
If the booking is cancelled within 72 hours before pick up time and at least 24 hours before the pickup time, 50%, except the card processing fee (where applicable), will be reimbursed.
If the booking is cancelled less than 24 hours before the pickup time or no show, no funds will be reimbursed.
Postpaid Rentals (when the entire rental amount is due on arrival at the rental desk): There is no cancellation fee.
Privacy Policy
The protection of your privacy and personal data is of the utmost importance to Savoy. Your data is processed by us in compliance with data protection legislation. Your personal details will not be passed to a third party, except in the case of a legal or governmental requirement

Whenever you make a car reservation via our website we request the following information: name of the driver, address, phone numbers, E-mail address. To prevent fraud when paying with a Visa or MasterCard card brand, we apply the best practices recommended by the International Card Organizations:

Cross Bordering and Territorial Restriction
Cross Bordering into Albania, Macedonia, Kosovo, Montenegro is NOT allowed.

Car Type
We will deliver a car model that you have chosen in your reservation. Savoy Rent a Car reserve the right to provide an alternative vehicle from the same or higher class determined by the number passengers and other features.
